this morning i woke up craving a smoothie. it has been a while since i have made one and they have never turned out that great since i was dairy free at the time. i am slowing getting back into eating healthier food since i have fallen to a very bad diet in the past year or so. i am weening myself off of bad food, such as dairy, and adding healthier habits with food that i love, such as starting off the day with a banana.
so, i busted out some things and made a smoothie that turned out quite delicious, if i do say so myself. here’s the recipe. keep in mind, this is for four servings.
